Our Client Advocacy Intake Specialist is THE front-line position serving our firm as the initial point of
contact for all clients seeking legal assistance. You will handle inquiries and nurture relationships to
build a strong pipeline of meaningful case work. Using independent judgement and what we teach you
about our historical success in lawsuits, you will have an opportunity to present your findings directly to
our team of attorneys. Our advocates are passionate about justice and thrive on getting to know each of
our potential clients' hardships to develop solutions!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Interaction:
    • Serve as initial point of contact for clients and potential cases  
    • Ability to analyze client situations, by using historical lawsuits and successes 
    • Take prompt effective action to address client follow up, using independent judgment and discretion 
    • Nurture client relationships to create highest quality potential pipeline 
  • Organization 
    • Maintain strict organization for timely case outcomes and uphold confidentiality of sensitive client information
    • Have the ability to develop processes and reporting in a cloud-based management tool and intake systems  
  • Follow Up
    • Take prompt and effective action daily on all client leads
    • Communicate persistently while maintaining a nurturing approach and developing solid relationships 
  • Process Improvements & Initiatives
    • Work alongside Director of Operations on strategic campaigns, creating new reports and innovative client communications 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution 
  • Customer service background preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills 
  • Detail oriented and organized to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to identify, meet and follow through with client needs and requests 
  • Must be a goal-oriented team player and enjoy being part of a team 
  • Able to work independently with minimal to no supervision 
  • Must be highly flexible and confidential with all client and firm matters 
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service
